Fertilizer Technician
Job Summary:
Our client in Roseville is looking for an experienced Fertilizer Technician!
What you’ll be doing as a Fertilizer Technician
· Mix and apply chemicals using hand or automatic sprayers, spreaders, or chemigation units
· Service and maintain fertilizer pumps and equipment
· Prepare recipes and solutions for fertilizer applications
· Collect soil, plant, and water samples for analysis
· Record and report data on chemical applications and crop performance
· Follow chemical application regulations and safety protocols
· Answer client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
· Diagnose turf diseases, weed infestations, and nutrient deficiencies
What you’ll need to succeed as a Fertilizer Technician
· 2+ years as a Fertilizer Technician (required)
· 3A Fertilizer Technician (required)
· Able to maintain equipment
· Knowledge of plants and soil
Additional information for the Fertilizer Technician
· Pay: $25 - $27 per hour
· Monday – Friday: 8am – 4pm (with flexibility)
· Roseville, Michigan
