Machine Repair Technician
Job Summary:
Our client in Warren is looking for an experienced candidate to hire for a Machine Repair Technician opportunity they have available. They are looking for an individual that has good attendance, good communication skills, and is a team player. What you’ll be doing as a Machine Repair Technician
· Complete Scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on assigned duties.
· Maintain proper oil levels and grease in all machinery and equipment.
· Perform all equipment repairs in a safe and timely manner
· Troubleshoot to determine necessary repairs
· Documentation of the activities carried out and the results
· Performs routine maintenance building systems
· Clean and assist with shop upkeep.
What you’ll need to succeed as a Machine Repair Technician
· 3+ years general maintenance experience, Mechanical and Hydraulic systems
· 3+ years knowledge of conveyors, sorting equipment and compressors
· Must have your own tools
· Must be able to squat, crawl, stand, and bend for extended periods of time. Lifting up to 30 lbs.
· Knowledge of Lock out/Tag Out
· Must have Fork Truck experience
