Medical Receptionist
Job Summary:
Our client in Warren is looking for a reliable and professional Medical Receptionist for FULL TIME employment!
What you’ll be doing as a Medical Receptionist
• Greeting patients and visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner
• Managing phone lines and scheduling patient appointments
• Verifying insurance information and collecting co-pays
• Maintaining patient records and ensuring accurate data entry
• Collaborating with medical staff to support daily office operations
What you’ll need to succeed as a Medical Receptionist
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical or administrative setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Additional information for the Medical Receptionist
• Pay: $16 per hour
• FULL TIME SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, day shift hours
