Administrative Assistant/Payroll
Job Summary:
Our client in Warren is looking for an Administrative Assistant with basic knowledge of payroll.
What you’ll be doing as an Administrative Assistant/Payroll
• Assisting with general office tasks such as answering phones, filing, and managing correspondence
• Supporting payroll processing by gathering and entering timekeeping data
• Maintaining employee records and updating spreadsheets
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Assisting with onboarding new hires and maintaining confidential HR files
• Communicating with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations
What you’ll need to succeed as an Administrative Assistant/Payroll
• 1-2 years administrative experience in an office setting
• Basic knowledge of payroll processing (ADP, Paychex, or similar systems is a plus; not a requirement)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Pay: $16–$18/hr. (based on experience)
• Full-time; 8am – 5pm
