Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
Our client in Warren is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician.
What you’ll be doing as a Maintenance Technician
· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
· Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
· Maintain and repair building structures, including doors, windows, and floors.
· Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
· Document all maintenance work and maintain accurate records
· Assist with facility improvements and upgrades as needed
What you’ll need to succeed as a Maintenance Technician
· 2-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician
· Experience with HVAC
Additional information for the Maintenance Technician
· Pay: $28-$32/hr.
· MUST be open to 1st and 2nd shifts
· MUST be okay with being on an “on-call” basis
