Machine Maintenance 

Our client in Roseville, MI is looking for a Machine Maintenance. 

What you’ll be doing as a Machine Maintenance 

  • Performed preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and related production equipment to ensure reliable operation. 

  • Troubleshot and repaired electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including auxiliary equipment such as dryers, chillers, grinders, temperature control units, and material handling systems. 

  • Maintained and serviced secondary and automated equipment including punches, welders, robotic systems, and hot runner controllers. 

  • Read and interpreted electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose issues and complete repairs. 

  • Completed welding and basic fabrication as needed while maintaining accurate maintenance logs and documentation. 

  • Ensured equipment operated at peak efficiency while following all safety standards and company policies. 

What you’ll need to succeed as a Machine Maintenance 

  • 10+ years of industrial machine maintenance experience with a strong background in injection molding machinery and secondary equipment. 

  • Proficient in troubleshooting PLC-controlled and automated equipment, including microprocessors, robotic systems, and hot runner systems. 

  • Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with the ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. 

  • Experience working with punches, welding equipment, and various auxiliary production systems. 

  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment. 

  • Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field 

  • Experience with robotics programming and troubleshooting 

  • Welding certification (MIG/TIG/Stick) 

  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments 

Additional information for the Machine Maintenance 

  • $30.00 hourly 

  • Monday- Friday- 7am- 5:30pm 

  • Roseville, MI 48066
