Madison Heights based Baking company is seeking an experienced General Maintenance Technician to assist their busy team. Core responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing machines including electrical components, belts, mechanical parts, etc. in a baking facility.
Location: Madison Heights, MI
Position: Full time, long term - Evaluation Hire
Shift: Day shift
Pay: $25-30/hr. Based on Experience
An Ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 1+ year maintenance experience in Baking Facility
- Ability to read blueprints
- Electrical experience
- Proven track record of repairing bakery components and equipment
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
