Job Full Description
A steel banding manufacturing company is seeking dependable Machine Operators / General Laborers to join its production team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work safely, stay productive, and help keep orders moving on time.
Current Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Mandatory 12-hour shifts
- Some Saturdays required
Regular Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery used in steel banding production.
- Prepare steel materials for shipment.
- Load and unload steel parts safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Work with team members to meet production and order-fulfillment deadlines.
- Follow all workplace safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Must be able to work the required schedule, including mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays.
- Steel-toe boots are required.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to safety are essential.
