Job Full Description
- Operate and set up a bagger machine, including roll changes and adjustments as needed.
- Perform weight and volume checks every 15 minutes to ensure accurate packaging.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Complete daily production paperwork, including recording data and reporting any issues.
- Monitor packaging quality to ensure proper fill levels, secure seals, and legible production lot codes.
- Inspect pallet, wrap, and top sheet quality to maintain packaging standards.
- Operate various packaging equipment within the production facility to maintain maximum production rates.
- Inform supervision of any problems related to production, equipment, or personnel.
- Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs as required by the production process.
- Cross-train for other tasks and responsibilities within the production facility as needed.
