Job Overview

Hands-on, full-time shop support role.

Focus on light mechanical tasks like assembling piping and air hoses.

Maintaining general shop cleanliness (sweeping, mopping).

Assisting with machine setup and basic troubleshooting.

Performing light maintenance duties during production slowdowns (e.g., weed-whacking, tidying outside areas).

Support equipment/machine setup and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or mechanical experience.

Mechanical aptitude—experience with piping or auto/mechanical systems is a plus.
-
Physical ability to bend, lift, crouch; comfortable performing manual labor.
