Perform machine building, assembly, and manufacturing tasks using tools such as drill presses, cut-off saws, hand tools, welders, and more

Read and interpret structural, electrical, and mechanical blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and troubleshooting

Provide on-site technical assistance and service, organizing necessary tools, components, and resources

Drive fork trucks and operate necessary equipment safely and efficiently

Deliver customer training and presentations tailored to varying skill levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer

Maintain meticulous attention to detail and quality, multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

Follow established processes and protocols for quality, safety, efficiency, and assembly standards

Capture and maintain detailed documentation for “as installed” conditions and service reports

Exhibit professionalism and represent the company positively with a “You’ll like working with us!” attitude

Manage oneself effectively in high-pressure situations to instill customer confidence and ensure satisfaction

Collaborate with the team and work independently as needed, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and initiative

Travel frequently, often overnight, primarily in Central Texas but may include other regions

Minimum 3 years of experience in service work, machine building, assembly, or manufacturing with demonstrated craftsmanship

Proficiency using tools including drill presses, cut-off saws, hand tools, and welders

Ability to read and understand structural, electrical, and mechanical blueprints

Basic computer skills, including MS Office for report generation

Valid driver’s license, insurable, and ability to rent vehicles or fly to job sites

Experience with relay-based and PLC control packages and their input/output interfaces
-
Experience driving in diverse weather and road conditions, including city, mountain, and highway routes
