Assemble electrical panels, harnesses, and wiring systems based on schematics, blueprints, and work instructions

Perform point-to-point wiring, crimping, stripping, and soldering of electrical components

Mount and install components such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks

Conduct basic testing of assembled units to ensure correct wiring and functionality
-
Troubleshoot and correct wiring errors or component placement issues
-
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical problems
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all company safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training in electrical/electronics is a plus

2+ years of experience in electrical assembly or related field preferred

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings

Proficient in using hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, multimeters, and other electrical tools

Knowledge of basic electrical theory and component function

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Work Environment:

Manufacturing or production floor

Exposure to tools, electrical components, and machinery

Regular standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and manual dexterity required
