Key Responsibilities: Handle accounts payable and general bookkeeping tasks accurately and in a timely manner Provide exceptional customer service, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and assisting with product selection and sales Support sales and service operations by managing incoming and outgoing communications, orders, and scheduling Utilize SAGE (MAS 100) and Microsoft Office programs for recordkeeping, invoicing, and customer management Maintain organized files and accurate records Assist with learning and understanding company products and services—especially seasonal products like fireworks Adapt to changing priorities and help where needed in day-to-day operations Commit to longer hours and Saturday availability during peak season (June–July) Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general office administration Strong customer service and sales support skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with SAGE (MAS 100) software is a strong plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and support diverse tasks, including product-specific training (fireworks knowledge provided) Availability to work extended hours and Saturdays during busy season Work Environment: Office environment with customer interaction High-volume, fast-paced setting during seasonal peaks Collaborative and supportive team environment Schedule: Full-time
