Job Full Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts payable and general bookkeeping tasks accurately and in a timely manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and assisting with product selection and sales

  • Support sales and service operations by managing incoming and outgoing communications, orders, and scheduling

  • Utilize SAGE (MAS 100) and Microsoft Office programs for recordkeeping, invoicing, and customer management

  • Maintain organized files and accurate records

  • Assist with learning and understanding company products and services—especially seasonal products like fireworks

  • Adapt to changing priorities and help where needed in day-to-day operations

  • Commit to longer hours and Saturday availability during peak season (June–July)


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general office administration

  • Strong customer service and sales support skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with SAGE (MAS 100) software is a strong plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to learn and support diverse tasks, including product-specific training (fireworks knowledge provided)

  • Availability to work extended hours and Saturdays during busy season
