Maintenance Technician August 15, 2025

Located in Saginaw, MI

Pay: $17-$20

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general maintenance and repairs across buildings, equipment, and grounds.
Learn and perform basic tasks related to plumbing and electrical work using proper tools and meters.
Help maintain restrooms, lighting systems, and irrigation.
Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, trash removal, and seasonal cleanup.
Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
Work at heights as needed for repairs or inspections.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate workwear, including non-slip boots, work pants, and button-down shirts.

Requirements:

Must be mechanically inclined and able to learn quickly.
Must demonstrate strong common sense and reliability.
Must not be afraid of heights.
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
Prior carpentry experience a plus, must be comfortable working at elevated heights as required
Must wear appropriate work attire (non-slip boots, work pants, button-down shirts) during training and on the job.
There is a possibility to be scheduled for on-call duty one weekend each month
