Job description:
- Prepare scrap materials and paint equipment as needed
- Disconnect car parts safely before they are sent to the shredder
- Operate heavy equipment, including front-end loaders, skid steers, forklifts, and all-terrain vehicles
- Inspect incoming loads from customers to ensure accuracy and quality standards
- Assist with general site maintenance and cleaning to keep work areas safe and organized
- Ability to work in and outdoors in all elements
