Job Title: MIG Welder (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-Minute Lunch at 11:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on custom-fabricated parts and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings
- Take precise measurements and ensure products meet specifications
- Complete projects from material preparation through final weld and inspection
- Maintain high-quality weld standards and workmanship
- Utilize hand tools and shop equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements
Qualifications:
- MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read and interpret prints and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Stable work history and commitment to long-term employment preferred
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Equipment Used:
- MIG welding equipment (90% of the job)
- Hand tools
- Drill presses
- Saws (if trained)
- Potential use of a hi-lo (forklift)
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for the majority of the shift
- Frequent bending and movement
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work safely in a fabrication shop environment
