Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Associate (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (30-Minute Lunch)
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
- Organize and sort products by style, type, and brand
- Pick customer orders using hand carts and forklifts
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management activities
- Scan items and complete required paperwork accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Forklift experience required (certification not required, but experience operating a forklift is necessary)
- Willingness to become forklift certified
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Equipment Used:
- Forklift
- Hand carts
- Scanning equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for 6–7 hours per day
- Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment
