Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch at 12:00 PM)

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance and upkeep projects in vacant townhouses and apartment units. This is an excellent opportunity to join a larger property management organization with strong long-term career potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks in vacant apartments and townhomes
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with daily projects and repairs
- Prepare units for new residents by completing basic maintenance and upkeep duties
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Use hand tools and other maintenance equipment as needed
- Support property maintenance operations and special projects
Qualifications:
- Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively with a supervisor
- Basic maintenance experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Hand tools
- Grabber tools
- Golf cart
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the workday
- Frequent walking between buildings and units
- Light to moderate physical activity
Work Environment:
- Working in vacant apartments and townhouses
- Regular movement between buildings and outdoor areas
- Must dress appropriately for changing weather conditions
