Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance and unit preparation in vacant townhouses and apartment communities. Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintenance projects in vacant apartments and townhomes
- Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete assigned tasks
- Help prepare units for new residents
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Use hand tools and maintenance equipment as needed
- Support general property upkeep and maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work well with a supervisor and team members
- Basic maintenance experience is helpful but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Equipment Used:
- Hand tools
- Grabbers
- Golf cart
Physical Requirements:
- Active role requiring standing and walking throughout the day
- Regular movement between buildings and apartment units
- Light physical work with no heavy or strenuous lifting
Work Environment:
- Working in vacant apartments and townhouses
- Frequent movement indoors and outdoors
- Must be prepared to work in varying weather conditions when traveling between buildings
