Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:
- Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload delivery trucks and freight shipments
- Pick, stage, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Prepare shipping and packing documentation
- Sort and organize inventory within the warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and forklifts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new products and warehouse procedures
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Equipment Used:
- Pallet jacks
- Carts and dollies
- Forklifts
- Shipping and receiving equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable lifting heavier products, including toilets and plumbing supplies
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to navigate stairs when required
