The Company:
We have partnered with a local company with friendly, knowledgeable product experts, and the latest selection of plumbing products for the kitchen and bath.
Summary:
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid Drivers License. Proper usage of equipment including but not limited to carts, dollies, pallet jack or forklift, and Hi-lo (forklift) operation required – willing to train if candidates are open to learning. Box truck experience is a plus – incentivized to act as backup driver (though not immediately).
Qualifications:
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs
- Existing mechanical knowledge or past experience
- Customer Service Skills
- Prior experience with shipping freight and small pack orders helpful
- Shipping and receiving of orders, sorting and processing shipments, loading and unloading deliveries
- Process incoming fright trucks in a timely manner
- Complete picking and staging outbound shipments
- Prepare packing and shipping documents
- Ensure a high-quality output through the accuracy of processes, tasks and work product
- Maintaining a safe work environment by completing organization and housekeeping of the warehouse
Scheduling: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 05:00pm
