The Company:
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a leading manufacturer of fluid power hydraulic and pneumatic seals, wiper seals, O-rings, bearings, and custom high-performance rubber & plastic parts.
Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to receive inbound sales calls/sales leads and/or quotes via telephone fax or email.
- Provide technical knowledge to qualified customers upon request and emphasize selling features, quotes, prices, and prepares sales orders.
- Process order entry, order management, and handle emails.
- Coordinate and interface with regional sales managers and commercial management to meet customers' needs and support and develop new business.
- Provide proactive customer service to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Monitor order intake
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in ERP
- Bilingual in Spanish a MUST
- Customer Service experience in a business setting (preferably industrial or manufacturing)

Monday - Friday 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
