The Company:
We have partnered with a local truck and crane company that is a reputable company specializing in providing truck and crane services to a diverse range of industries.
Summary:
We are looking for a Mechanic II. 2-3 years of auto repair experience is required. Heavy duty truck experience a plus. Also, crane experience would be a big bonus. State Certified Mechanic preferred but willing to interview candidates without, who would be willing to get certified eventually. Mechanic must have their own tools. Heavy tools provided (tire guns, jacks, and jack stands).
Qualifications:
- Repair and Maintenance on Heavy duty trucks, medium heavy duty trailers, and Crane
- Primarily a crane repair center. Truck mounted cranes
- Preventative Maintenance, Oil Changes, Annual Certifications DOT Inspections
- Complete truck repair but not body work
- Hands on wrencher
- Reliable, willing to learn, interested to work on heavy truck and cranes
- Climbing up into/onto trucks, able to lift up to 40lbs. Using ladders and steps
- Able to work on a creeper on their back under a truck
