Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembly Technician (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire
We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Technicians to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. This position offers a great opportunity to learn new skills, gain hands-on manufacturing experience, and work plenty of overtime while building a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble pneumatic valve components according to work instructions
- Work alongside a line leader to meet production goals
- Test and inspect components to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform visual inspections of finished products
- Cross-train in multiple workstations and production processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attendance and reliability required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in different areas of production
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Equipment Used:
- Small pneumatic hand tools
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly and inspection tasks
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing facility with fans located throughout the building
- Some chemical exposure in a well-ventilated environment
- Safety-focused workplace
Required Safety Equipment:
- Safety glasses
- Steel-toed shoes
- Ear plugs (provided by client)
