Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable Office Assistant with strong administrative and customer service skills. A High School Diploma or GED is required. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience using QuickBooks and Peachtree accounting software. This role supports daily office operations and requires excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform customer service tasks, including answering phones and assisting clients
- Handle filing, data entry, and general office duties
- Use QuickBooks and Peachtree for invoicing, billing, and processing credit memos
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily workload
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support office staff and management as needed
- Provide clear, professional written and verbal communication
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience using QuickBooks and Peachtree
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
