Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Press Operator to join the team. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful, and a High School Diploma or GED is required. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a hands‑on production environment and can meet the physical demands of the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate rubber molding machines and press equipment
- Pull rubber molds from the machine and remove molds weighing up to 50 lbs
- Reload machine plates and push them back into the mold machine
- Push and pull up to 100 lbs throughout the shift
- Produce mold production and prototype parts
- Maintain press line operations
- Inspect and produce rubber parts according to company specifications
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior manufacturing experience helpful
- Ability to lift, push, and pull required weights consistently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and work ethic

2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)
