Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse/Yard Worker (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse/Yard Worker to join our team. This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse support and outdoor yard work, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a variety of environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general yard and warehouse operations
- Clean and wash concrete from used forms
- Move and organize inventory throughout the facility and yard
- Load, unload, and handle materials as needed
- Support daily operations while maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Work safely in all weather conditions
Qualifications:
- Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
- Motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors year-round
Equipment Used:
- General yard and warehouse tools
- Steel-toed work boots required
- No forklift operation required
Physical Requirements:
- Regular lifting of 20–40 lbs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and material handling throughout the shift
Safety Equipment:
- Hard hat provided
- Safety glasses provided
- Steel-toed work boots required
Work Environment:
- Combination of warehouse and outdoor yard work
- Exposure to hot, cold, and dusty conditions
- Must dress appropriately for changing weather conditions
