Job Description
- Fabrication and welding of steel beams that are part of racks
- Learn the system and work independently after a few weeks
Expected Results
- Become self-sufficient within 90 days
Qualities Required
- Outgoing and friendly personality preferred
- Ability to work with various personality types on the team
Equipment Used
- MIG welders
- Carbon steel only (no galvanized or stainless steel)

Travel
- 85% in the shop, 15% in the field
- May travel to job sites as far as Grand Rapids (per diem and mileage reimbursed)
Pay Rate
- $24.00-28.00/hour (Day Shift)
Work Schedule
- Monday- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 60 lbs
Move objects up to 100 lbs
