Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire
We are looking for a motivated Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude who are looking to grow their skills and advance within a company that promotes from within.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate punch press machines to produce components used in pneumatic valves
- Assemble small parts according to production requirements
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and operational issues
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain production goals
- Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude
- Proven troubleshooting ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the organization
Equipment Used:
- Mori Seiki machines
- Miyano machines
- Fanuc RoboDrill equipment
- Torque guns
- Wrenches and other hand tools
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to kneel as needed during production tasks
- Capability to work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift
