Job Title: General Labor (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support production in a light industrial environment. This role focuses on preparing grinding wheels for plating and assisting with overall production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare grinding wheels for plating processes
• Operate equipment such as a sand blaster
• Assist with general production tasks and workflow support
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent lifting between 20–50 lbs
• Good strength and stamina required
