Job Title: 1st Shift Assembly Technician (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

We are seeking reliable and motivated Assembly Technicians to join a manufacturing team producing pneumatic valves. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are detail-oriented, and thrive in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble pneumatic valve components according to work instructions
- Work closely with a line leader to meet daily production goals
- Test and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Learn and cross-train across multiple workstations
- Use small pneumatic hand tools to complete assembly tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attendance and reliability required
- Must be able to read and write English proficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different workstations
