Job Title: General Labor Associate (Evaluation Hire)

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labor Associate to join our team on 1st shift. This is a great entry-level opportunity with strong potential for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform light industrial work, primarily preparing grinding wheels for plating
• Support production expansion efforts as needed
• Operate equipment such as a sand blaster
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow instructions and contribute to overall production goals

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ambitious and willing to learn, ask questions, and grow
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks with strength and stamina
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Occasional lifting of 20–50 pounds

Pay and Schedule:

• Pay rate: $17.00 per hour
• Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
