Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble firearm components following detailed instructions
- Operate CNC milling machines (load/unload parts and run programs)
- Maintain consistent production pace and quality standards
- Adapt to changing responsibilities based on daily production needs
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism on the job
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, professional, and able to maintain focus in a production setting
- Valid driver’s license required
Physical Requirements:
- Standing and moving throughout the shift
- Frequent use of hands for assembly and machine operation
Work Environment:
