Job Title: 1st Shift Mechanical Assembler (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

We are seeking a reliable Mechanical Assembler to join a growing team responsible for building off-road vehicles and tractors. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for overtime in a clean and safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly of components, including loaders, backhoes, and mid-mount mower attachments
- Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to meet specifications and operating requirements
- Assist with material movement and inventory control, including cycle counts
- Follow daily production schedules and communicate effectively with supervisors
- Repair units that do not meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Experience or training in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently within a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Equipment Used:
- Hand tools
- Overhead crane
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 35–50 lbs
- Prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift
Work Environment:
- Clean shop setting with moderate noise levels
- Safety-conscious workplace; safety glasses and gloves provided, steel-toe shoes required
- Shop floor temperatures may be cool
