Job Title: Field Service Technician (Direct Hire)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel: Approximately 30% (mostly local; occasional short-term project assignments, limited overnight travel)

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret sketches and develop logic to bring equipment online for end customers
- Perform panel builds, system setup, and calibration
- Program and troubleshoot PLC systems
- Support on-site equipment startup and system functionality
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project execution
Qualifications:
- Experience working with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
- Ability to write logic and troubleshoot from technical sketches
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Work Environment:
- Mix of office and field work (some plant environments may vary)
- Minimal physical demands
Travel Expectations:
- Approximately 30% travel
- Most work is local with limited overnight stays (2–3 per year)
- Occasional longer project assignments lasting several weeks to a few months
