Job Title: Injection Molding Machine Operator (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor plastic injection molding machines
- Inspect molded parts for quality using visual checks, calipers, and gauges
- Identify, label, and separate defective products or scrap
- Perform secondary operations such as trimming and finishing parts
- Package and label products according to work orders and company standards
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Clean and maintain machines and work area to ensure a safe, organized environment
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
