Job Title: Male Housekeeper / Locker Room Attendant (Full-Time)
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Locker Room Attendant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness club environment. This is a full-time opportunity with on-the-job training and excellent perks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the men's locker room
- Stock towels in shower areas and transport used towels to the laundry room
- Clean and sanitize showers, sinks, mirrors, and locker room facilities
- Replenish restroom and locker room supplies throughout the shift
- Perform light mopping and general janitorial duties
- Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility
- Clean courts and assist with club closing procedures
- Help keep sidewalks clear during winter weather
Equipment Used:
- Court cleaning machine (similar to a Zamboni; training provided)
- Cleaning supplies and mops
- Washer and dryer
- Snow blower during winter months
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly demeanor
Physical Requirements:
- Continuous movement throughout the facility during the shift
- Light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- No heavy lifting or strenuous physical labor required
