Job Title: 1st Shift Equipment Operator (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate rotary cutting equipment to process foam products to customer specifications
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth, accurate cuts
- Set up and adjust machine processes as needed
- Perform tool changes and machine changeovers
- Load and position rolls of material onto machinery
- Cut materials to specified lengths and widths using rotary and guillotine equipment
- Maintain quality standards and production targets
- Cross-train in other areas of the plant as needed

Equipment Used:
- Rotary cutting machines
- Guillotine cutting equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, bending, and stretching throughout the shift
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
