Job Title: 1st Shift Material Handler (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations on 1st shift. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, operating equipment, and helping keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a hi-lo (forklift) to move materials throughout the facility
- Replenish bins and supply production lines with necessary materials
- Assist with warehouse operations, inventory movement, and material handling
- Support production teams with material delivery and staging
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform additional warehouse and production support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift or hi-lo experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to assist in various departments as needed
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move 50–60 pounds regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
