Job Title: Warehouse / Millwork Production Associate (Door Pre-Hang) - Evaluation-to-Hire

Pay: $19.00/hour (Starting pay $18-$19 based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse / Millwork Production Associate to join a growing team specializing in door pre-hanging and millwork production. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, machinery, and measurements while building quality products in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-hang doors according to customer specifications
• Operate production equipment including drills, saws, and nail guns
• Read and take accurate measurements to ensure quality workmanship
• Assemble and prepare door units for shipment
• Follow production schedules and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong measurement and math skills
• Comfortable operating machinery and power tools
• Ability to work with hands and perform assembly tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous millwork, carpentry, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
