Job Title: 2nd Shift Injection Molding Machine Operator (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $19.43/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor plastic injection molding machines
- Remove finished parts from machine dies and prepare them for packaging
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Use calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools to verify product quality
- Identify, contain, and label defective products or scrap
- Perform secondary finishing operations such as trimming excess material
- Package and label products according to work orders and company procedures
- Complete production paperwork, inspection logs, and shift reports accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
Qualifications:
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Knowledge of injection molding processes and plastic materials is a plus
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift
- Frequent use of hands, fingers, hand tools, and inspection devices
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 30–50 lbs occasionally
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching
- Good eyesight required for inspections and quality checks
