Job Title: 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Organize and sort products by style, type, and brand
- Pick orders using hand carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory activities
- Maintain accurate warehouse organization and inventory control
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment
- Support additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and become forklift certified
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus
Equipment Used:
- 4-wheel sit-down forklift
- Manual pallet jack
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for 6–7 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, lifting, and material handling
