Job Title: 1st Shift Powder Processing Operator (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Primarily Monday – Thursday, 5:45 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily production line operations
- Perform equipment changeovers and process setups
- Conduct preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Maintain equipment logs, production records, and operational readings
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the production area
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manufacturing or production experience is preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Moderate lifting throughout the workday
