Job Title: Forklift Operator (B Crew - Evening Shift) (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $18.35/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse and production team. This role is responsible for safely moving materials, supporting production operations, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced apparel and logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to transport materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload pallets, boxes, and containers from trucks and storage areas
- Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goods
- Perform daily forklift inspections and equipment checks
- Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records
- Support warehouse operations and assist with general labor tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience required
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Equipment Used:
- Battery-powered sit-down forklift
- Material handling equipment
- Inventory tracking systems
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting
