Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals in Chanhassen is looking for Welders to work at a company in Delano. We are looking for candidates that have a minimum of 5 years of recent welding experience. We have 1st shift: M-F from 5am-1pm and the pay is $23-30/hr DOE!
Duties:
- Align parts or workpieces to ensure proper assembly
- Operate welding equipment in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions
- Clean excess weld, slag, and spatter
- Verify conformance of completed parts to specifications
- Able to read blueprints
- Verify conformance of completed parts to specifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of recent MIG welding
- Experience welding around pipe
- Welding experience with galvanized material
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Post-secondary certificate, vocational training preferred
- Successfully pass internal AWS weld test
