What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Responding to residential and commercial water loss incidents
- Removing damaged materials and setting up drying equipment
- Performing restoration work on properties affected by water or fire damage
- Adapting to a dynamic work environment—every day brings new challenges!
- Ensuring seamless communication with team members and clients
- Keeping job sites clean and safe at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for customer service and helping others
- Experience in water mitigation (required)
- IICRC Water Damage Restoration certification (a plus!)
- Restoration experience in both residential & commercial settings (preferred)
- Ability to use power tools for material removal
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to work in various environments (hot, cold, or wet)
- Willingness to be on a rotating on-call schedule every 3 weeks (Mon-Thurs or Fri-Sun)
