Location: Bloomington/Minneapolis Airport
Compensation: $22/hr
Schedule: Standard hours 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM-Sunday to Thursday, with flexibility depending on operational needs (Ex-8am to 5pm or 10:30am-6pm)
Job Description: We are seeking a Detailing Supervisor to join our team. This is a physically demanding position requiring a flexible schedule and the ability to travel to various lot locations. A valid driver’s license is mandatory, as the role involves frequent travel.
As the Detailing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of detailing staff, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met. You will provide hands-on support when needed and play an active role in supervising day-to-day operations. Strong leadership and a keen attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Duties for this position include:

Supervise and lead detailing staff to ensure quality standards are consistently met

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail across all lot locations

Coordinate and manage schedules to align with operational needs

Travel to different lot locations as required

Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
