Express Employment is seeking an Installation Leader who will take charge of installation projects, ensuring that they are completed with precision, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with customers and lead your team to deliver top-quality outdoor solutions, such as awnings and pergolas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation Leadership: Take charge of installation projects, guiding the team to meet deadlines and installing expectations.
- Installation Execution: Safely install awnings, pergolas, and other outdoor solutions using ladders, hand tools, and power tools with precision and care.
- Quality Control: Inspect installations to ensure that they meet both company standards and customer expectations.
- Customer Interaction: Build strong customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction with the finished product.
- Problem Solving: Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process.
- Material Handling & Organization: Safely load, unload, and organize materials at both the job site and in the shop.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, clients, and team members.
What we look for:
- Experience with common construction and installation tools.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and remain active throughout the day.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
- A dependable, positive, and professional attitude.
- Previous experience in construction, installation, or hands-on field work is preferred.
What We Offer:
- Compensation: $32-$38 per hour, depending on experience.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm, with opportunities for overtime.
