Job Full Description
Express Employment is helping an Eagan, MN company in their search for an Operations Specialist. The Operations Specialist supports the System Operations team in data capture, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless workflow execution. Responsibilities include receiving and logging client shipments, preparing materials for processing, assisting with data entry, and creating scanning templates using proprietary software. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and log shipments according to project specifications
- Prepare materials for scanning within project timelines
- Operate and maintain scanners
- Manage warehouse inventory and handle client materials as instructed
- Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy
- Create scanning templates and conduct quality inspections
- Provide operational support as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm
