Express Employment is seeking a Vendor Support Specialist for a locally owned company in South Saint Paul, MN. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, reliable professional who will support purchasing, customer service, and light accounting functions. In this hands-on, full-time role, you’ll ensure orders are entered correctly, vendors are followed up with, and internal systems remain organized. Key Responsibilities:
- Place and manage purchase orders, follow up on delays
- Maintain product listings, pricing accuracy, and vendor records
- Set up and organize customer accounts in our CRM and accounting system
- Enter vendor bills, track customer payments, flag overdue balances
- Monitor order status, coordinate deliveries, and provide updates
- Keep systems clean and assist with administrative tasks
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experienced with digital tools like Zoho or QuickBooks
- Clear and professional communicator (phone & email)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player
- Seeking a long-term role with room to grow
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
