Chef Supervisor – $25–$28/hr (Full-Time)

Make a difference through food. Working at a nonprofit facility serving families experiencing homelessness and domestic violence situations, are seeking a full-time Kitchen Supervisor to lead kitchen operations and provide healthy, nutritious meals to their residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare balanced meals that meet dietary needs
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Supervise kitchen staff and volunteers
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
- Train new staff on food service techniques and kitchen protocols.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in food service or kitchen management
- MN Food Manager’s License or willingness to obtain
- ServSafe Certification or ability to acquire
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Passion for serving diverse populations in a supportive environment
- Proven experience in food management within a restaurant or catering environment.
Schedule: Full-time, with occasional evenings/weekends
Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday-9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm
Pay: $25–$28/hr, depending on experience
